About English Philology
English Philology at the University of Helsinki is the largest unit of English Philology in Finland. It hosts about 30 members of staff (of which five are professors), some 600 undergraduate students and over 50 postgraduate students. From January 1st 2010 onwards, it will be part of the new Department of Modern Languages.
